A regional company specializing in residential and commercial title insurance and closings wanted to provide its mortgage broker customers and prospects with qualified mortgage leads as a value added service. Solution

First American CoreLogic presented a monthly pay-as-you-gosubscription to LeadsToLoans®, RES' online lead list acquisition platform. The contract allowed the client to test the return on investment without a volume or term commitment. LeadsToLoans enables the title company to produce customized searches for their broker customers. Using this online tool, the company queries qualified mortgage prospects via name, property address, telephone number and mortgage information, and exports these leads in a variety of formats conducive for direct marketing. 

Results

The title company immediately noticed an increase in activity from current customers using this service. In addition, because of this new marketing service, they got their foot in the door with a large prospective broker long on their target list. Our client has reported a 7% increase in business related to this program.
