Client Need
A nationwide appraisal firm had been relying on multiple online sources for property information and maps. Not only did they find the data collection process time-consuming, in many instances they found the data to be incomplete, with missing document numbers and outdated tax roll information. They sought a reliable, single-source data and map provider for all of their property information and map requirements.
Solution
We recommended RealQuest, our Web-based nationwide real estate information database that incorporates the most current tax roll and recorded transaction data into a comprehensive, easy-to-use property information resource. RealQuest covers over 138 million properties nationwide and 98% of the US population, which enables them to access a wider range of comparable sales as well as the key data needed to complete appraisals, including document images, current ownership information, property characteristics and current assessor parcel and aerial maps. In addition, RealQuest’s flexible search options allow them to retrieve information instantly, whether they are searching by address, owner name, parcel map book index or neighborhood.
