Services, you can program your own desktop application to

communicate with Win2Data® using an Applications Program

Interface (API). Or if you operate a high-volume production

network, you can establish a fast, dedicated line and a

CPU-to-CPU connection, sending requests directly to our

Oracle®-Sun® data delivery platform.

The most extensive and current database available

Using Custom Solutions, you command the world’s largest

database of property ownership, sales and financing data

and map images. We update this file each day with the latest

available data, optimizing and standardizing it so your inquiries

generate results and your business continues at high speed.

Request and receive property profiles and the latest sales

comparables. With Gateway Services, you can also order map

images and Automated Valuation Models (AVMs), including

ValuePoint®4 and Home Price Index,™ as part of your search.

1. Gateway Services delivers property data, maps and advanced software functionality through your own business applications

• Use Win2Data as a server, receiving and processing text requests using a standard Applications Program Interface (API) 
• Order and receive property profiles, sales comparables, tax assessor maps
  and Automated Valuation Model (AVM) reports
• Responses returned to you as ASCII or DBF files, in standard Win2Data text reports, or sent directly to a printer
• Connect using direct dial-up or dedicated high-speed line, or using a Telnet or Internet connection

2. Establish a high-speed link to our national data repository with a

CPU-to-CPU connection

• Request simple or complex property searches using a server-to-server,
  command-line interface 
• Order and receive property profiles, sales comparables or other custom data arrangements
• Requested data is returned in a data stream for formatting and use by your
  application
