Make the most of your investment in our mortgage risk management and fraud detection tools by ensuring that your staff is empowered to use them to the fullest. The First American CoreLogic Collateral Risk Management Certification (CRMC) program is the next logical step in user education. CRMC is an advanced, in-depth, workshop-based course that develops your employees’ risk management proficiency well beyond the introductory training they received during implementation. Each CRMC student receives substantial hands-on interaction with First American CoreLogic tools in a learning-friendly classroom setting.
Maximize Your Investment in First American CoreLogic Tools
The First American CoreLogic suite of collateral risk management and fraud detection tools is widely respected across the mortgage banking industry. We help originators and capital markets investors make the critical decisions that minimize collateral risk and so reduce potential financial loss. To maximize the investment in these powerful tools, it is essential to have knowledgeable personnel equipped to understand and interpret our collateral risk and valuation reports, and then take appropriate action.
The CRMC curriculum was designed to create a solid foundation of understanding about the appropriate uses and interpretation of First American CoreLogic tools such as HistoryPro® and LoanSafe® to enable more effective risk assessment and fraud detection.
Hands-On Process, In-Depth Curriculum
All First American CoreLogic clients receive introductory training on our tools at the time of initial implementation.
The First American CoreLogic certification program is standards-based and designed to develop the highest possible level of staff expertise. Once certified, CRMC participants can also be designated as your company’s “facilitators of change,” passing along their extensive knowledge to others within your organization and multiplying the program’s benefits.
Flexible Workshop Environment
Despite the depth of the curriculum, CRMC workshops require just a one-day time investment on the part of participating staff approximately five hours for HistoryPro, and eight hours for LoanSafe.
The CRMC workshops take place at your company’s facilities, or at any appropriate off-site location you choose. As few as 10 or as many as 30 participants can be accommodated to ensure an environment that offers an individualized educational experience. Combined workshops can be arranged for interested parties who do not meet the minimum participant level.
Enter as a Novice, Exit as an Expert
To receive First American CoreLogic Certification, participants must complete both the workshop and a certification test (administered at the end of the training workshop). All those who successfully complete CRMC training receive a framed certificate attesting to their credentialed status for display in their work areas. Each participant is also provided with detailed program reference documentation to complement the workshop learning experience.
