Connect2Data XML was designed to provide property data in a  common format based on the XML standard created by the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO). 

Connect2Data XML is a single XML solution that delivers the features and reports that are available in First American CoreLogic Web and desktop products.

This enables users to integrate First American CoreLogic data with
their own operational systems and reduce the need for data downloading, bulk data processing and multiple desktop applications. The features included in Connect2Data XML are  property subject reports, comparable reports, automated valuation models, assessor maps, legal and vesting information with transaction history and document images.

The integration of Connect2Data XML is straightforward

With Connect2Data XML, users have access to First American
CoreLogic property data and reports through the HTTPs connection. If users have a proprietary Web site or in-house system that is used to display property information for end users, they can simply request the information using Connect2Data XML and have the results displayed on the proprietary interface in seconds. A dedicated project manager is assigned to each customer and a comprehensive guide is provided to help with the entire implementation process.
